Innerwalk is pleased to bring you taste Tea in a delicious Tea House in Monte Verità, the energetic hill above Ascona. After a Tea Ceremony we are going to hike 20 minutes and reach a place to start a Breathwork Session with Susana. Breathwork is a technique studied and tested for a long time, a very powerful somatic therapy for emotional and traumatic release, suitable for anyone who has chosen to embark on a path of personal growth, for anyone who wants to get better, for anyone who feels responsible for their own life and want to make more sense. PROGRAM 15.00 – 16.00 | Welcome circle and Tea Ceremony 16:00 - 16:40 | Breathwork dynamics & Kundalini Activation/Movement 16:40 – 18:30 | Breathwork session for somato-emotional release (includes guided meditation and deep relaxation) 18:30 – 18:45 | Circle of sharing and closing meditation
