Saturday 12th JULY 2025 10:30 – Meeting point Locarno Train Station 11:00 – Arrivals at the first Energetical place Aurigeno Waterfall. 11:30 – First Innerwalk Silent Meditation Journey at Aurigeno Waterfall. Guided Practice to cleanse the body mind and soul with holy water by Alex. 13:00 – Visiting the Second Energetical place in Maggia Valley, Cascata del Salto. 13:30 – Pic-Nic Lunch. 15:30 – Second Innerwalk Ecstatic Dance in Giumaglio Waterfall. Open the Energetic Body with Awakening & Release Movements from Kundalini, Tandava & Tantra traditions, Trust & Connection exercises in small groups by Michela. 17:30 – Closing Circle Alex will hold on the same evening a Teonanácatl Ceremony (The Sacred Mushroom) in Arcegno in a Hut in the Forest. Who wants to join will be an additional 100CHF for the Ceremony to pay cash on Saturday Night that will include the sacred plant, the accommodation in a dormitory and breakfast on Sunday.
