A journey in contact with the earth, oneself and others, where we explore the qualities of movement in space in relation to gravity and the landscapes present, with which to enter into a relationship.
Listening to the inner state, we find the authenticity of the intentional and natural movement that comes from our center, arriving consciously at the encounter with the other even before the touch, remaining open, receptive and present until it flows into the shared dance.

MICHELA DI SAVINO
Michela is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, embodiment coach and space holder, with a background in Contact Improvisation, Contemporary Dance & Yoga. She studied 5Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance & Autenthic Relating, she is specialized in Team Building Techniques, recently completed Kundalini Bodywork Training with Elliott Saxby offering sessions in Zurich and Locarno.
She is the founder of Innerwalk Project, recently selected as one of the most impactful social project in Ticino, where she built a community of locals and tourists. She guides people through Ceremonies and Events with her Ecstatic Dances in Natural Places of Power. With Impact Hub Incubator she is having the support to develop new Sound Journeys services to people in Hospitals, bringing Wellness, Body Awareness and Relief from pain.
DARIUS AMORE
Darius è un ricercatore, bodyworker, yoga teacher, Coach e professionista multidisciplinare del benessere.
Da vent'anni é immerso nel viaggio dove studia e si avventura alla scoperta del Sé vivendo infinite esperienze transformative.
Ama purificarsi con le medicine naturali e sedersi in cerchio apprendendo dalle piante maestre.
Space holder, cammina con lo spirito del cacao, facendosi canale di espansione del cuore per ricordare l'immensità che incarniamo, facilitando cerchi di condivisione e viaggi di indagine interiore con CANTI e TAMBURO e VOCE.
Co-fondatore di Essentia Medicine Festival crea ritiri di evoluzione interiore e conduce workshop di movimento che integrano la conscious dance con la contact improvvisation.
E’ qui per creare lo spazio dove l’essere umano possa riconoscere il suo più alto potenziale, accompagnandolo nel viaggio per ritrovare e mantenere l’equilibrio psico-emotivo, facilitando la crescita e la trasformazione personale.
