Ticino is rich in waterfalls. The most spectacular one is the Cascata del Salto in the Maggia Valley. The water plummets vociferously from a height of 110 meters through foam and splashes in a striking natural scenery. Nearby, a very charming village with houses gathered around a little church, reminding us of the life of past generations who practiced transhumance and lived in the Maggia Valley from spring to autumn. To fully enjoy this natural show, we propose an itinerary in a paradise of rock around the waterfall.

11:00 – Arrivals at the first Energetical place Aurigeno Waterfall and Introduction.
11:30 – First Innerwalk Silent Meditation Journey at Aurigeno Waterfall.
13:00 – Visiting the Second Energetical place in Maggia Valley, Cascata del Salto. Breathwork.
13:30 – Pic-Nic Lunch.
15:30 – Second Innerwalk Ecstatic Dance in Giumaglio Waterfall.
Feminine Archetypes work.
18:00 – Dinner.
SUNDAY 4th AUG 2024
08:00 – Awakening of the soul.
08:30 – Time for breakfast.
09:30 – Guided walk to the third energetical spot in Maggia Valley, Foroglio Waterfall, Yoga Warm Up.
10:30 – Innerwalk Silent Ecstatic Dance.
13:30 – Foroglio Restaurant Lunch.Siesta / down time / treatment
16:00 – Closing Ceremony at Ponte Brolla Cliffs.
