Monte Verità is a historic and spiritual landmark located above Ascona, Switzerland, known for its powerful energy and long tradition of alternative lifestyles, philosophy, and artistic gatherings. Surrounded by lush forests and panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, it has been a meeting place for visionaries, thinkers, and seekers for over a century.
Reaching Monte Verità is simple. By car, drive to Ascona and follow the signs leading uphill to Monte Verità, where parking is available. By public transport, take a train or bus to Locarno, then continue with a local bus or taxi to Monte Verità. From the center of Ascona, it is also possible to reach the site with a short uphill walk.
In this unique setting, the Tea Ceremony offers a moment of pure presence, where the ritual of preparing and drinking tea becomes a meditative practice, inviting stillness and deep connection with nature. The experience continues with Breathwork, a guided journey through conscious breathing techniques designed to release tension, expand awareness, and restore balance, allowing energy to flow freely through body and mind.

We bring together like-minded people in their 30s and 40s on incredible adventures and 98% of them are solo travelers. We always defined a meeting point and walk together to reach our main location. We invite all the people to join a big circle welcoming all the partecipants (respecting social distancing).
Warm Up, Ecstatic Dance, ICE BATH
We know the world’s best ways to promote freedom and joy. Arrived at the main location we start our Innerwalk Warm Up, to help you reconnecting with your physical and emotional body, authentic relating and creative expression. No previous experience needed!
Closing Circle, Meditation
After Innerwalk Session you will feel so nurished and fullfilled, that's the reason why we are planning some additional time and space for meditation and sharing to integrate what you get into the session.
