Discover ROBIEI LAKE AND Basodino, ONE OF THE ONLY glacier IN TICINO!
Robièi, at the foot of the glacier Basòdino, is an alpine region of high altitude, rich with lakes, wildlife and exceptional flora. A few kilometers away from Locarno, Robièi is a wonderful place to spend unforgettable days in the open air of fun, sport and tranquility.
The cable car from San Carlo Bavona, will take us up and in just 15 minutes, you can reach Robièi, at an altitude of 1890 meters, from where you can enjoy an astonishing view onto the summit of Basodino and the Alta Val Bavona that is characterized by boulders, rock walls and nature.
We will be doing breathwork exercises and empower ourself entering the ice cold waters of the lake. (it's always an invitation). We will also be dancing and connecting in circles.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
We bring together like-minded people in their 30s and 40s on incredible adventures and 98% of them are solo travelers. We always defined a meeting point and walk together to reach our main location. We invite all the people to join a big circle welcoming all the partecipants (respecting social distancing).

We know the world’s best ways to promote freedom and joy. Arrived at the main location we start our Innerwalk Warm Up, to help you reconnecting with your physical and emotional body, authentic relating and creative expression. No previous experience needed!
Closing Circle, Meditation
After Innerwalk Session you will feel so nurished and fullfilled, that's the reason why we are planning some additional time and space for meditation and sharing to integrate what you get into the session.
Closing circle and the final meditation will be guided by our Special Tour Guide.

Roberto is a Yoga teacher, Men's Circle Coach, creating Ecstatic Dances & Sound Journeys. Leading Groups in Switzerland. Bali, USA, Mexico. He will guide you in the preparation for the ice bath we will be approaching on the lake. It's always an invitation!
Michela will guide you and lead introduction circles as well as conscious connection exercises to get in your body and forget the cold!!
