They open the way to true connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the spirit of life. Encouraging to remove the masks of Ego and Fear.
A humble mind has nothing to prove. It knows life is a gift, and that every being is walking their own sacred path, in their own time. There is no need to compete or compare. From this space, cooperation becomes natural.
Those who carry more — in wisdom, energy, or resources — share with those who have less, without showing off.
And those who receive know they are also giving: trust, openness, gratitude.
Mother Earth gives freely, and so does Divine Consciousness.

Where we will be staying
We will stay in the NEW “Ecovillage & Sanctuary Terra Vecchia Bordei” founded by Pietro Leemann.
A place of encounter, residence and refuge where people of all ages, backgrounds and spiritual orientations are inspired to lead a meaningful life in harmony with themselves, society and nature. The organic farm and gardens provide some of the produce for our fine vegetarian restaurant Osteria Giardino Bordei, directed by the famous Chef.
In the majestic surroundings, our practices will take place in a large Geodesic Dome and in a Meditation Room in a cozy intimate smaller area.

This drink helps us connect with the Heart and transform fears and emotions, favoring relaxation and openness in creativity, giving strength and inspiration for the path towards the true Self.
Let's sit together with the medicine of the sacred Cocoa to connect to the Heart, honor the Elements that inhabit us and root the Light in the present moment.
By creating a fertile field, free from tensions and rigidity, we can meet our deepest sennimal intentions, recognize the immense human potential, and embody it.
The experience flows between sharing, meditative moments and exploration of one's inner state, supported by the rhythm of the drum and the medicine songs, and then transforms everything through the free and creative movement of the ecstatic dance.
We will conclude with a final moment of integration to return to the world lighter and more conscious.
CACAO CEREMONY
CORPO ALCHEMICO
An alchemical experience to reopen your energy field, ignite vitality and remember your healing embodied skills, activation the Kundalini energy that inhabits your body.
Through conscious breathing, energy work practices and demonstrations, guided meditations with recorded voices from the Masters, we will open the inner space to reception and presence.
In this activated field, we will meet the ancestral higher self, dancing towards the Divine Consciousness. Group exercises, to explore connection and listening.
A sacred space for yourself and others.
ESSENTIAL CONTACT
A journey in contact with the earth, oneself and others, where we explore the qualities of movement in space in relation to gravity and the landscapes present, with which to enter into a relationship.
Listening to the inner state, we find the authenticity of the intentional and natural movement that comes from our center, arriving consciously at the encounter with the other even before the touch, remaining open, receptive and present until it flows into the shared dance.

MICHELA DI SAVINO
Michela is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, embodiment coach and space holder, with a background in Contact Improvisation, Contemporary Dance & Yoga. She studied 5Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance & Autenthic Relating, she is specialized in Team Building Techniques, recently completed Kundalini Bodywork Training with Elliott Saxby offering sessions in Zurich and Locarno.
She is the founder of Innerwalk Project, recently selected as one of the most impactful social project in Ticino, where she built a community of locals and tourists. She guides people through Ceremonies and Events with her Ecstatic Dances in Natural Places of Power. With Impact Hub Incubator she is having the support to develop new Sound Journeys services to people in Hospitals, bringing Wellness, Body Awareness and Relief from pain.
DARIUS AMORE
Darius è un ricercatore, bodyworker, yoga teacher, Coach e professionista multidisciplinare del benessere.
Da vent'anni é immerso nel viaggio dove studia e si avventura alla scoperta del Sé vivendo infinite esperienze transformative.
Ama purificarsi con le medicine naturali e sedersi in cerchio apprendendo dalle piante maestre.
Space holder, cammina con lo spirito del cacao, facendosi canale di espansione del cuore per ricordare l'immensità che incarniamo, facilitando cerchi di condivisione e viaggi di indagine interiore con CANTI e TAMBURO e VOCE.
Co-fondatore di Essentia Medicine Festival crea ritiri di evoluzione interiore e conduce workshop di movimento che integrano la conscious dance con la contact improvvisation.
E’ qui per creare lo spazio dove l’essere umano possa riconoscere il suo più alto potenziale, accompagnandolo nel viaggio per ritrovare e mantenere l’equilibrio psico-emotivo, facilitando la crescita e la trasformazione personale.
