The start of the walk takes place from Alpe di Neggia, reachable by car from Vira Gambarogno and Fosano. If you opt for public transport, it is advisable to leave Locarno by taking the boat to Magadino and continuing with the bus to Alpe di Neggia. Here you will find a restaurant and a large parking area.
The path climbs and the view immediately widens over Lake Maggiore, the Bolle and the Magadino plain, the mouths of the Ticino and Verzasca, ranging up to the Maggia delta and the Brissago Islands. It is an easy scenic route that in just over an hour leads to the top of Monte Gambarogno (1734 m). From the top, a splendid view of the Locarno area and the surrounding valleys and mountains opens up in front of us.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
We bring together like-minded people in their 30s and 40s on incredible adventures and 98% of them are solo travelers. We always defined a meeting point and walk together to reach our main location. We invite all the people to join a big circle welcoming all the partecipants (respecting social distancing).
Warm Up, Ecstatic Dance
We know the world’s best ways to promote freedom and joy. Arrived at the main location we start our Innerwalk Warm Up, to help you reconnecting with your physical and emotional body, authentic relating and creative expression. No previous experience needed!
Closing Circle, Meditation
After Innerwalk Session you will feel so nurished and fullfilled, that's the reason why we are planning some additional time and space for meditation and sharing to integrate what you get into the session.
Closing circle and the final meditation will be guided by our Special Tour Guide.

I strive to create a peaceful atmosphere where everyone can be natural and authentic. It is particularly important to me to create places for conscious encounters without alcohol or substances, in order to feel as comfortable as you are. (so that everyone can feel comfortable as they are.) With joy and through my music, I accompany people to new perceptions of their bodies through dancing."
