Morning Tour for August 1st to start the National Day in full Wellness!
A Multi-Level Experience between Meditation, Movement and Music. High-fidelity wireless headphones for each participant.
Meeting point at 10.30 at Hotel Brocco and Posta for those who do not have their own vehicle, LIMITED PLACES - book in ADVANCE +41 78 261 40 40, while for the others at 11.00 at Passo del San Bernardino, in the parking lot in front of the cafe.
We will take you to explore its crystal clear lake, high-altitude meadows and some of the most striking and unspoiled natural scenery of the Swiss Alps.
We will meditate among the "Cairns", the famous stone sculptures dedicated to balance and presence and we will arrive at the chosen place for our experience of immersive Sound Healing, in which the sound of the instruments merges with the wind, the water and the ancestral voices of the mountain, creating a space of deep listening, movement, freedom and regeneration.
By 1:30 p.m. we will conclude going back to the town center where it will be possible to visit the traditional markets of August 1, participate in the activities of the Swiss National Day and experience the atmosphere of the village, with the possibility of savoring local products, and attend concerts and events celebrating the national anniversary.

• 10:30 Meeting at Hotel Brocco & Posta (for those who need a ride with our Shuttle Bus)
• 11:00 Meeting at the parking lot in front of the Passo del San Bernardino Cafe
• 11:15 Exploration and walk with visit of the pond and sculptures dedicated to Peace
• 11:30 – 13:00 Innerwalk Immersive Sound Healing Journey
• 13:30 Let's go back in town!

We bring together like-minded people in their 30s and 40s on incredible adventures and 98% of them are solo travelers. We always defined a meeting point and walk together to reach our main location. We invite all the people to join a big circle welcoming all the partecipants (respecting social distancing).

We know the world’s best ways to promote freedom and joy. Arrived at the main location we start our Innerwalk Warm Up, to help you reconnecting with your physical and emotional body, authentic relating and creative expression. No previous experience needed!
Closing Circle, Meditation
After Innerwalk Session you will feel so nurished and fullfilled, that's the reason why we are planning some additional time and space for meditation and sharing to integrate what you get into the session.
Closing circle and the final meditation will be guided by our Special Tour Guide.
