INNERWALK: RAILWAY OF SOUND – THE ART OF LISTENING Exclusive tours between Cavigliano and Golino: 6 Exclusive Tours guided by Innerwalk Project: participants will experience Active Listening practices, Meditations, Sound Art sessions and intimate Concerts in evocative places. Through narrative audio guides, site-specific performances and field recordings, the journey invites you to discover the valley with new eyes and ears, in a continuous dialogue between nature and sound. The tours take place in Italian and English and are enriched every time with a different guest musician, which make each path a unique event. FRIDAY 12.12.2025 Innerwalk Project (healing sounds, ecstatic dance, voice) Itinerary: Locarno – Cavigliano – Intragna – Druogno (pine forest) – Locarno 07.50: Meeting in Locarno FART Meeting point and Innerwalk reception. Presentation and delivery of Headphones. 08.04-08.25: Locarno FART – Cavigliano Beginning of the journey on the Centovallina. Introduction of the Innerwalk guides. 08.25-10.00: First Stage – Cavigliano Walk to the Torchio and the Pozzo Verde. Movement in Music - Meditation with Innerwalk Project. 10.20-10.25: Cavigliano - Intragna train 10.25-11.00: Second Stage – Intragna Walk towards the Intragna Bridge. Time for Selfies. 11.09-12.00: Train Intragna- Druogno Listening in headphones (music + voice) Binaural Sound Journey - Meditation and Mindfulness. 12.00-15.45: Second Stage – Druogno Walk towards the pine forest in front of the village. Picnic. Sound Performance of Innerwalk Project (Ecstatic Dance with Sound Artist Live). 16.07-17.20: Train Druogno – Locarno FART Listening in headphones (music + voice) Sound Journey: Integration of the Experience. Time to relax, share and contemplate the Panorama before returning to Locarno FART.
