Service Description

These mountain lakes are still unknown but so beautiful and easy to reach, and with a short walk from the Novena Pass you will be able to admire them, photograph them and contemplate them from multiple perspectives. This lake is one of the sources that will form the Ticino river further downstream. We will leave the car on a dirt parking lot on the side of the road, it is the last sharp turn before arriving at the top of the pass, at an altitude of 2,411m.  This walk takes place on an initially very clear path, with very old white-red-white signs. If you want to join us with public transportation here is how: take the train to Airolo FFS and from the station, take the Post Bus towards the Nüfenenpasshöhe and get off at the last stop.
